Use

You can start the program with the following modes:

• Create Collections Management role:
  If you start the program in this mode, the business partners selected, if they do not exist already, are created in the Collections Management role and a collection profile is assigned. You use this mode to prepare the business partners replicated from the customers of your Financial Accounting for Collections Management.
• Enter collection profile:
  Use this mode only if you want to assign a collection profile to business partners, who are already entered in the Collections Management role and do not yet have a collection profile assigned to them.
• Replace collection profile:
  In this mode, the collection profile is replaced in the business partners selected.
  You can also use this function to update business partner data after an organizational change, or to initialize the collection profile.

Dependencies

Example

An example for an update of business partner data would be the addition of a collection segment to an existing profile.

Choose the Replace Collection Profile function, specify the profile to be updated in the selection criteria, and enter the same profile as profile to be entered. The new collection segment is added to all business partners that use this profile.
