Use

This indicator determines what is posted in elimination of interunit profit/loss in transferred assets:

• If you select this indicator, the asset transfer uses the net method.

  Here, the system adjusts the acquisition cost of the buyer merely by the interunit profit or loss.

• If you do not select this indicator, the system uses the gross method.

  Here, the system transfers the value of the original cost and the accumulated valuation allowances from the seller to the buyer.
