Use

Determine how to eliminate fair value adjustments:

  • No elimination

    The recorded fair value adjustments are not eliminated.

  • Proportional elimination

    The fair value adjustments recorded for multiple asset items are eliminated up to the differential (excess value) incurred during the elimination of investments and equity.

  • Prioritized elimination

    The fair value adjustments for various asset items are prioritized. Those with the highest priority are eliminated first. The elimination does not exceed the differential amount.

  • Complete elimination

    All recorded fair value adjustments are completely eliminated. This can turn a positive differential into a negative differential.
