Use
If you have chosen periodic reduction as the treatment of goodwill in the method, you can use the Exception indicator to control whether to use the settings made under Goodwill Global for periodic reduction of goodwill (indicator off), or to override the global goodwill settings in the method definition (indicator on).
If you want to override the global goodwill settings in the method definition, you need to make the corresponding settings for periodic reduction of goodwill in your method on the Goodwill tab page.
