Equity item for other comprehensive income

Use

The items for other comprehensive income must form a subset of the equity items. This means that every item that you define in Customizing for Equity as other comprehensive income must also be entered on the Statistical Equity tab page as an equity item and a statistical equity item assigned to this item.

Dependencies

Customizing Other Comprehensive Income is only relevant if the Other Comprehensive Income in Total Divestiture function is active in the system utilization for consolidation of investments. In this instance, the system makes a posting with effect on net income of the group values of other comprehensive income in the Total Divestiture activity.
