The distribution cost portion is used for transferring distribution costs to an item you specify in Customizing.
Dependencies
The distribution cost percentage is only relevant if you have specified selected items and posting items for this purpose in Customizing for the elimination of IU profit/loss in inventory.
Examples
Suppose you used one-sided elimination of IU revenue and expense, and now you want to transfer the distribution costs to cost of goods manufactured during the elimination of IU profit/loss in inventory.
