Documentation
Definition
Technical name to identify a working environment for the Costing Solutions applications.
Use
The working environment defines an enclosed area, within which you edit a specific business task using the Costing Solutions applications. For example, you can use working environments in concurrent costing to bundle a group of costing tasks that are related in content into one processing screen.
Note: From a technical view a working environment is not a user-specific view of the data basis.
Dependencies
Working environments enable data to be edited from the data basis for which the working environment was created. Data changes that you make within a working environment have an effect on all other working environments that were defined for the same data basis.
