Use
Sequential number for multiple events on output definition.
Procedure
This sequential number enables the user to define more than one type of aggregation within the output according to a tax form.
Examples
If the user wants to issue the federal tax form W2, this has to be done on an employee level. If he wants to have an additional summation per tax authority, he needs to set up a second number for this handling.
So the 'Per-Employee' reporting will be stored under number '1' and the 'Per-Tax-Authority' reporting will be stored under number '2'.

Use
Level on which the summation result should be printed.
Procedure
According to the definition of aggregational levels you define here which field should be brought to the structure of the magnetic tape. For every level you might define multiple fields in compliance to the requirements of the appropriate tape.
So this field basically referes to a part of the raw structure defined before, and here you define the details of this structure.
Examples
The ICESA format requires a transmitter record before any other data. So you had defined an aggregational level of '1' (per tax form). Now in this field you choose this level and define all field which should be reported in this transmitter record.
On aggregational level '2' (per tax company) you would define all field which are required in the basic information record.

Use
The sequential number determines the sequence of writing records to the data medium. For each sequential number the user can assign an aggregational level of output.
Example
If the user wants to issue the data medium for the residence tax serive providing Fuji bank, the sums of the withheld residence tax of the employees have to be recorded per city (tax office level) as well as per 'tax company'. 'Tax company' in this context means the division in the company that officially communicates with the local tax offices. It is identified in the system by the Residence Tax Modifier.
