Definition

Symbolic field name to which you assign specific tax amounts. The tax form field reflects one field or field group of the tax form.

Use

In order to have an appropriate field to use on a tax form, you define virtual containers for tax amounts. Each field includes information about which tax data should be evaluated and stored in this container. This virtual container is then used to place the information in the desired location.

Example

You have a form on which you have to report an annual taxable earning and the appropriate tax. In this case, you would define one field, T001, carrying the taxable amount and one, T002, carrying the tax.

In the SAPscript form, you place T001 and T002 where you want to see them.
