Definition
The source indicator indicates how the taxes were calculated.
1 = TTE calculated the taxes
2 = TTE calculated taxes but the taxes were overridden by the taxCode Tax Values
3 = TTE did not calcuate taxes but the tax values were copied from the Input Document to the Output Document
4 = TTE used an external system to calculate the taxes.
