Definition
A reference role allows the TTE to determine which product or business partner tax group has priority when business partners or products belong to different tax groups.
Procedure
If the tax group is the same for all business partners, leave this field blank.
Examples
Business Partner A has:
Role: Ship-From (SF)
Tax location: France
Product Tax Group: A12
Business Partner Tax Group: Full
Business Partner B has:
Role: Ship-To (ST)
Tax location: Belgium
Product Tax Group: B14
Business Partner Tax Group: Half
The reference role is SF so the Product Tax Group is A12 and Business Partner Tax Group is Full.
