Definition
When a country is assigned to more than one tax community, each tax community is assigned a priority.
The system uses these priorities to determine which tax community - and its laws and regulations - is to be used when the countries involved in a business transaction belong to more than one community.
Procedure
The priorities must be sequentially numbered

Blank or "0".
When a country is assigned to one tax community, the system treats this tax community with the highest priority.
- Highest Priority
Blank or "0".
- Lower Priorities
Sequential numbers starting with 1
