Use
The individual statement list is normally 132 columns wide and printed on a continuous form. Contribution statements are 80 columns wide and printed on single forms. To enable you to assign these different printout types for these two lists, you can select this parameter to write the lists to the spool separately. The spool numbers for the individual lists are printed line by line by the program. By selecting one line, you access the spool management function for the specific document. You can then print the list by specifying the print parameters.
If you do not select this parameter, the contribution statements and individual statements are displayed on the screen. You can do this for test purposes. Separate printing is no longer possible.

The SB directory is normally 80 columns wide and printed in portrait format. SB display is 132 columns wide and printed in landscape format. To enable you to assign these different printout types for these two lists, you can select this parameter to write the lists to the spool separately. The spool numbers for the individual lists are printed line by line by the program. By selecting one line, you access the spool management function for the specific document. You can then print the list by specifying the print parameters.
If you do not select this parameter, the SB directory and SB display are written to the screen. You can do this for test purposes. Separate printing is no longer possible.
