Definition

You define the valuation currency for each (parallel) valuation area and accounting code. This determines the currency in which the positions in a valuation area are managed, and can therefore be regarded as the "local currency" of the valuation area within an accounting code.

Note

This characteristic is only displayed for the area of validity of the architecture of the parallel valuation areas . This means that this characteristic is empty for the area loans (CML) operative (valuation area 001 in integrated reporting).
