Definition

One or more withholding tax codes are assigned to a withholding tax type. These withholding tax codes specify, among other things, different percentage rates for the withholding tax type.

Note that during a business transaction only one withholding tax code can be assigned per withholding tax type. If the business transaction is subject to multiple withholding taxes at the same time, these are to be represented by different types.
