Definition
This indicator has an effect on the way hedge accounting flows are generated for derived business transactions.
Generation with Reset
This setting causes the system to write reset flows for the total of all classification flows for unrealized gains/losses. In addition the system generates classification flows for realized gains/losses for the entire realization profit.
This setting lets you post unrealized gains/losses and realized gains/losses to different accounts.
Generation w/out Reset
This setting causes the system to generate classification flows for realized gains/losses for the calculated realized gains/losses. Reset flows are not generated.
Initial
If you do not make a setting, flows are generated in the same way as flows are generated in the corresponding derived business transaction. This means that reset flows are generated for foreign exchange transactions. Reset flows are not generated for any other product categories.
