Definition

In parallel valuation areas, positions can be managed according to various differentiation terms. One way of classifying positions is to manage single positions (lots). The lot represents the smallest possible unit in position management. A lot is always generated by a business transaction that involves a change in the number of units or in the nominal amount (purchase, transfer posting etc.).

Note

This characteristic is only displayed for the area of validity of the architecture of the parallel valuation areas . This means that this characteristic is empty for the area loans (CML) operative (valuation area 001 in integrated reporting).

Exception: Zero bonds managed as single positions in the operative valuation area are also managed as lots.
