Definition
This indicator controls the generation of derived flows for installment repayments. If the position management category Securities/Loans w/ Install. Repayt (w/o index-linked bonds is used and the position management procedure contains an amortization step, no translations (that is, partial clearing of the position value components) are generated. Consequently, no profit or loss flows will be generated for installment repayments before the final repayment.
If this indicator is set, generation of translations (and profit/loss flows) for installment repayments before the final repayment is suppressed (even if no amortization step is used).
Use
Dependencies
This indicator in Customizing is part of the definition of a position management procedure. The indicator is only available for position management category 8 (for securities and loans with installment repayment) and if the position management procedure does not contain an amortization step.
