Definition

Specifies the group to which a stakeholder belongs. A stakeholder can be assigned to several groups at the same time.

Stakeholder groups are an important means for target group-specific corporate communication. For example, you can use the e-mail service function of SEM-SRM to send messages and documents, where you only enter the name of a stakeholder group as the recipient. The e-mail is then sent to all members of the selected group. In addition, stakeholder groups are used for structuring purposes in the initial access of stakeholder administration.

• Government or public institutions
• Business partners
