Definition
Specifies whether a time administrator can use this ID to record time substitutions.
Use
This option can be selected for all IDs with data category "IT" and data type "2003" (Substitutions).
As soon as you select this option as a characteristic of an ID, the system automatically selects it for all other characteristics of the ID.
