Definition
Defines if the external number in a trading contract is active.
Use
You can choose to use three possible settings:
- Initial: The field for the external number is not displayed in the trading contract.
- A: The field for the external number is displayed as an optional field in the trading contract.
- B: The field for the external number is displayed in the trading contract and is a compulsory field, meaning that you have to enter a value.
When settings A and B are used, the system checks if the external number is used only once. If the number that has been entered already exists, the system issues an error or warning message.
