Definition
If the key dates for the selected person (entitlement and/or deduction) are greater than or equal to the recalculation date for Plant Data Collection (PDC) in the Payroll Status infotype (0003), then projection is switched on, triggering time accounting for this person (RPTIME00 run in simulation mode) up to the key date in question.
If the projection is switched off (that is, key date greater than or equal to the recalculation date for PDC), then the quota data from the Absence Quota infotype (2006) is read for key dates of this kind.
For key dates lesser than the PDC recalculation date, each of the existing time evaluation results are referenced (Cluster B2).
