Documentation
Definition
Individual days in the international personnel calendar for which attendances or absences exist are indicated by corresponding IDs. The IDs representing attendances and absences in the personnel calendar are defined in the Customizing steps for attendances and absences (T554S) in the Implementation Guide (IMG).
Use
Uppercase letters indicate full-day records, lowercase letters indicate partial-day records. A colon is displayed if more than one attendance or absence exists on a day relevant for the personal calendar (represented by applicable IDs).
Open records (those having an end date of 12/31/9999) are not represented in their entirety by an ID in the personal calendar. This would hide other important actual times unnecessarily. Open attendances and absences are represented by an ID only up to a maximum of six months in the year following the start date of the attendance/absence.
For example, June 30 of the subsequent year is represented by an "*" ID in the personal calendar.
