Definition
Date from which the transaction is valid. This can be the as-of date of the transaction or the date the transaction was planned. The hedging relationship inception date cannot be before the valid-from date of the transaction.
In the case of a single hedge with an interest-bearing instrument, the valid from date is the start date of the instrument for all entered exposures/transactions.
