Definition
The standard text determines which standard document is assigned to an applicant activity.
There are generally standard documents for acknowledgements of receipt, letters of rejection, invitations etc. They can only be assigned to an activity if the activity supports a standard text.
Use
By assigning standard documents to an activity, you can create and print letters and documents for applicants.
