Definition
This was the actual date of delivery.
Use
If this is different from the expected delivery date, the absences may be recalculated.
Procedure
The system recalculates the absences if you select the function Recalculate absences. A recalculation is also required if you have changed the dates in the Expected delivery date and Actual delivery date fields.
After you have activated the function, the system automatically changes the entries in the Absences infotype (2001) on the basis of the changed data.

In the civil service, Germany, months during which the employee is on parental leave but the child is not older than 12 months do not lead to a reduction in the bonus. For this evaluation, it is mandatory that the child's date of birth in the Family infotype corresponds to the value in this field.
