Definition

An ID groups together all of the information required to enter and/or display time data in the Time Manager's Workplace.

Use

You enter an ID in the Time Manager's Workplace to create a time data record.

Dependencies

An ID beginning with a question mark indicates that not all of the required IDs were created. These IDs are:

• ?01, ?02, ?03, ?04, ?07, ?10, ?11, ?12 for infotypes
• ?PT for time pairs
• ?-- for employees not active for the time specified

If one of these IDs is displayed, contact your system administrator.

For example, one of these IDs is displayed if a time data record was entered in the previous PA61 transaction (Maintain Time Data) and no applicable ID exists in the Time Manager's Workplace.
