Documentation
Definition
Indicates the day of the month on which the loan installments are paid. The underlying product determines the possible payment days.
Use
You can specify the day for the installment payment when you carry out the model calculation, or in the payment data for the contract.
- Model calculation
You can specify a different day for the installment payment for each model calculation you perform.
You should only specify a day in a model calculation if the business partner has already stated on which day of the month he/she wants to make the payment at the time you perform the model calculation.
- Payment data
If you specify a day for the installment payment in the payment data, this entry overrides entries in the model calculation. This means that you can alter the day for the installment payment that was specified in the model calculation in the payment data during the offer phase.
If you do not specify a day for the installment payment in the payment data and draw up an offer, the system uses the day of the installment payment from the model calculation on which the offer is based.
You can change the day of the installment payment when you make changes to the installment plan.
