Definition

  • In order to save the loan as a contract the status of all the attachments must be either green, yellow or deactivated.
  • In order for you to post the disbursements for the loan, the status of the document folder must be green.

The attachments for a loan can have the following statuses:

  • Red:

    The attachment is incomplete or contains errors. You cannot save the loan as a contract.

  • Yellow:

    The attachment is incomplete. You can save the loan as a contract and add the missing data at a later stage.

  • Green:

    The attachment is complete.

  • Deactivated:

    The attachment is not relevant for the loan.
