Definition
Specifies the date from which a condition item is valid.
Use
Dependencies
If the date you specify does not match the start date for the period, the system uses the next valid period start date. The condition item takes effect from this date.
For example, if you specify 03/01 as the start date of the validity period, but the next valid period begins on 03/15, the condition item is valid from 03/15.
