Definition
The minimum retention period of a transaction defines how long a transaction has to be stored in the system after the end of term before it can be archived and deleted.
You define the minimum retention period per company code and/or per product type in Customizing. When you enter the minimum retention period per product type, the minimum retention period per company code is not taken into account.
