Definition

This field describes a correspondence data record as a planned or actual record. Correspondence is first created as a planned record because of Customizing settings, standing instructions for correspondence or manual entries.
When you have executed correspondence the 'Planned record' indicator is deleted and the execution date, time, user and other fields are added to the correspondence data.

Values:
'X' = Planned record
' ' = Actual record
