Indicates the effective interest rate at the time of the most recently carried out change to the installment plan, from the period from the change to the installment plan to the end of term of the loan.

You can change an installment plan by entering a change in the function process consumer loan. You can also activate a business operation, such as a deferral or a capitalization of overdue items to create a change to an installment plan.
