Provides information about the current status of a data record, provided that it is subject to the release procedure.

Use

The first digit represents the number of employees required in the release procedure. The second digit is the number of releases still to be made.

Dependencies

Example

A data record is subject to the principle of dual control. This means that it must pass through two release levels and two different employees are required to release it. The initial status assigned when the data record is created is therefore "22". After the first release the Release Status field displays the value "21". After the second release the field displays the value "20" for "released".
