Documentation
Definition
Here, you define what the application does whilst the transaction is in the release workflow. Examples:
- Ongoing transaction processing during the release workflow not permitted (strict release): You cannot continue processing or make any further changes if the transaction has not been released. If this is the case, an error message appears.
- Ongoing transaction processing possible, workflow is reset: You can continue processing or make changes even if the transaction has not been released. In this case, the last workflow is reset and a new workflow started.
- Ongoing transaction processing possible parallel to release workflow (informal release): Old workflows remain the same. A new workflow is started for each change made.
