Uniquely identifies a bank worldwide.
Use
The SWIFT code is used for identifying banks.
Here, you can assign a business partner in the SAP System to the SWIFT code of the message sender (confirmation IDoc; Field BU_SWIFT).
Note that you can also enter data generically. This is useful if you are processing codes with more than 8 characters.
