Definition
Indicates in which category a bill for a loan is created. The following billing categories have been defined, depending on the product:
- 01 Cycle Billing
The system regularly creates a bill for a loan at a set point in a loan billing period, independent of whether or not the borrower has made payments on due open items. This means that in one billing period exactly one bill is created.
- 02 Coupon Book
The borrower receives a coupon book from the bank either at disbursement of the loan or at regular time intervals. The borrower uses the coupons to pay due items for the loan.
