Determines how amounts should be printed on a form.

Use

This field determines how the tax form field is printed on the tax form.

Sample entries:

1. Print the content of the tax form field negative
2. Only print the content of the tax form field if the amount is positive
3. Do not print the content of the tax form field if the amount is zero

Example

If you do not want zeros printed on the federal tax form 941, you have to select print option '3' for all fields on that tax form.
