Data can be classified on the initial screen in any of the following ways:

• Data is summarized by organizational unit.
• Data is summarized by organizational unit and classified by employee.
• Data is summarized by organizational unit and classified by employee. The employee data is then classified further by absence type.
• Data is summarized by organizational unit and classified by absence type.
• Data is summarized by organizational unit and classified by absence type. The data cumulated per absence type is then further classified by employee.
