Use
The attendance status is determined according to the last time event recorded before the evaluation.
Procedure
Enter the time for which you want to perform the evaluation.

Use
Enter a key time for transfer of data to cost allocation. The key time and date define the actual transfer time. All data which has been entered up to this time and not yet transferred is stored in a batch input session. This data also contains the time of and person initiating the transfer. Data of the last transfer is deleted.
This procedure differs if the Create session again checkbox is marked.
The System time is then proposed as the default value.
