Description

The absence type and other symbols are very important for generating the Personal Calendar. These serve a specific purpose and can be assigned to various groups.

The assignment is made using this indicator.

Currently, the following groupings are possible:

  • A - Each absence type that - except for the current absence - is NOT to be counted
  • G- All symbols that are equated with the absence type (symbols belonging together)
  • S - All derived symbols of an absence type
  • V - All symbols that are NOT allowed to occur in the past
    - This increases in importance if a new quota is available after a waiting period. The symbols listed correspond to the absence types that are not permitted to occur in this period of time.

Note the following:

If you want to record all derived absence types here, it is sufficient if you assign these to an absence type that is taken from the table Attendance and Absence Types (T554S).
