Definition

The contribution group key controls the calculation, allocation and
payment of the social insurance contributions. There are contribution
keys for:
Health insurance,
Pension insurance
Federal Institute for employment.
The official contribtion group key was extended from the calculation of
voluntary contributions to include other keys.
However, this key is only used interally.

for HI, PI and UI.
