Definition

The staffing status of a vacancy indicates how much of the vacancy is occupied.

The staffing status can have the following specifications:

• "0"

  at least part of the vacancy is neither occupied nor reserved

• "1"

  the vacancy is either completely reserved or partially reserved and partially occupied (100% altogether)

• "2"

  the entire vacancy is occupied

Procedure

The system determines the staffing status of a vacancy automatically on the basis of the percentage of the vacancy which is approved, reserved and occupied.
