Definition
Age as of which the pensionable salary is frozen. As of this age any individual pay increases are no longer taken into consideration in the calculation.
If required, the pensionable salary may be increased by a general increase percentage (e.g. the average CAO pay increase [CAO-loonstijging] or inflation). For this purpose you should fill the fields Increase Percentage and Increase Period.
