Documentation
Definition
Determines the employee's individual working time.
Use
You enter the working time from the employee's employment contract here. In this field, you can enter a weekly, monthly or annual working time. The collective agreement working time must apply to the same period. It is usual to enter the weekly working time.
Example
The salaried employee Sabine Sommer is employed on a part-time basis and works 19.25 hours per week. The collective agreement specifies a weekly working time of 38.5 hours for a full-time employee.
For Sabine Sommer's individual working time, enter 19.25 hours, for the collective agreement working time, enter 38.5 hours. This produces a capacity utilization level of 50%. Sabine Sommer's remuneration is reduced by the ratio 19.25/38.5.
Dependencies
The R/3 system calculates the wage type amount from the ratio of the individual working time to the collective agreement working time.
Supplementary Documentation - STDZL 0001
Use
This field is used in infotype 0304 'Additional Basic Pay Data' to specify a reduction factor.
Examples
You want to reduce basic pay to 90% of its original value. Enter 90 as the numerator and 100 as the denominator. The system calculates a reduction factor of 0.9. This value is then used to update basic pay within the specified period.
Dependencies
If you enter a numerator that is greater than the denominator, basic pay is increased accordingly.
