Documentation

Definition

Determines the employee's standard working time.

Use

You enter the standard working time here. You can enter a weekly, monthly or annual working time in this field. The individual working time must refer to the same period. It is normal to specify the weekly working time.

Example

The salaried employee Susan Summer is employed on a part-time basis and works 19.25 hours per week. In the collective agreement, a weekly working time of 38.5 hours is specified for full-time employees.

For Susan Summer's individual working time, enter 19.25; for the working time in accordance with the collective agreement (standard working time), enter 38.5 hours. This results in a capacity utilization level of 50%. Susan Summer´s pay is reduced by the ratio of 19.25/38.5.

Dependencies

The R/3 system calculates the wage type amount from the ratio of the individual working time to the working time, in accordance with the collective agreement.

Supplementary Documentation - STDNE 0001

Use

This field is used in infotype 0304 'Additional Basic Pay Data' to specify a reduction factor.

Examples

You want to reduce basic pay to 90% of its original value. Enter 90 as the numerator and 100 as the denominator. The system calculates a reduction factor of 0.9. This value is then used to update basic pay within the specified period.

Dependencies

If you enter a numerator that is greater than the denominator, basic pay is increased accordingly.
