Definition
These fields are used for selecting data records. If you do not make an entry here, the system reads all records in the cluster. A selection is then made using select options. If you do make an entry in the fields, only data records which match the selection criteria are read. Records selected by this method can be limited further using select options.
The key of cluster PC contains the PERSONNEL NUMBER(8) and YEAR(4). The key must be entered with leading zeros.
