Definition

Deactivates the automatic generation of special payments or vacation bonuses for a public sector employee.

Use

You deactivate the automatic special payment functions to exclude an employee from special payments. You by-pass the automatic calculation of special payments or vacation bonuses by the system.

If this field is flagged, the system does not accept subsequent entries in this infotype record. If you want to avoid payment of a special bonus using the Entitlement field, for example, the lock must not be set.

Further notes

Since a record for the Special Regulations infotype (0265) is only valid for one calendar year, you have to delimit the infotype record for the end of the year.

Procedure

Choose one of the following options:

• (_) = Automatic special payments remain activated (basic setting)
• (X) = You lock automatic special payments (no subsequent entries are possible in the infotypes)
