Definition

The three fields Continued payment period 1, 2 and 3 are used to indicate the end date of the relevant period. The amount of continued payment may differ in the three fields.

The dates are calculated according to the information in the
Date Specifications infotype (0041).

Use

You can overwrite these dates, if necessary.

1. If you delete the default values, the employee will not receive continued payment.
2. If the date fields are filled, then each date determines the duration of the continued pay for up to three possible periods.

Note that after manual changes have been made to one of the three fields End of 1st, 2nd or 3rd continued payment period the indicator for manual modifications is set. This means that these dates will no longer be recalculated automatically for later modifications, for example, if a new absence leads to a split in the previous absence.
