Definition

This value counts the number of personnel numbers for which an error occurred when the list was being compiled.

Infotype data required to calculate absences is missing, for example.

If the employee's organizational assignment has changed during the data selection period, and there is data missing for a particular period, the higher number of personnel numbers with errors is taken for the valid organizational unit, provided that the valid unit can be determined. None of the employee's data is taken into account, however.

You can use the appropriate pushbutton to obtain a list of all personnel numbers with errors after the evaluation.
